Tha verdict clears tha way for tha first death penalty deliberations in North Dakota in more than a century.

Jurors will return to court Tuesday to decide whether whether Rodriguez is eligible for tha death penalty. North Dakota does not have tha death penalty, but it is allowed in federal cases.

Now, I'm sure we all know that tha ass that killed this poor girl is gonna fry in hell, but is North Dakota gonna send him there early, or foot tha bill for his upkeep while he rots in prison?

Ok, naturally it's taking a while for them to just go ahead and fry this ass, so I've extended tha payout deadline. Seems that tha next phase of tha trial is gonna be monday...if it's not unanimous for death, he'll rot. I'll keep all involved posted as to what's going on and when to expect payment

I must admit this is one bet I hope I loose. This guy deserves the death penalty. I still think they will be unable to do so though.

Hopefully we are getting close to a verdict. Here is the latest news:

I am very happy that I lost this bet. I hope that the young ladys family will have some closure now that the killer will also die.
