Guinness to rule on 20-inch Nepalese boy

Is he full grown, that is tha question. They aren't sure when a decision will be made, but they believe that it will be within a few weeks. Therefore, I will leave this open for betting until tha 10th, but will close it if any more news comes out.

What's wrong with it? He's a boy, from nepal, that's 20 inches and waiting for guiness to rule on him...oh, wait. They HAVE ruled on him
