OK, so we've had this the betting here for a while now. Some hearts have been broken, fortunes gained and lost, sometimes even on the same day. Now we've got some pretty rich users as a result of this system. So we're implementing a new rule to ensure that everything's nice and fair for everyone and make this more secure; gotta keep this legit:

ALL BETS OVER 42,000 ON ANY GIVEN OUTCOME MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A POST STATING THE AMOUNT BET IN THE EVENT'S THREAD.

There will be no exceptions to this rule. This number is a TOTAL of all your bets on any single outcome. So if you want to bet 20,000 on Anaheim and 30,000 on Vancouver, you don't need to post. If you want to drop 20 k on say Philly, get more grams and then drop another 25 K, you need to post. All you need to do is state the amount bet and which team you bet on.

If you bet anyway without posting, the first offense will result in you losing not only your winnings, but your stake as well. Further violations may result in more serious penalties.

There will be a one week grace period where any violations of this rule will result in only the winnings being lost, but not the stake. However, this can only be used ONCE within the first week.

In addition, if for some reason there's a bet that needs to be settled or put up that's usually done on a daily basis, don't make a post asking for it or PM a bookie. We know what gets done every day, and if we don't have time to get to it posting won't help in the least. Be forewarned.
