| Well, The World Series is almost here. I can't believe after 15 yrs. of watching and listening (on the radio) to these guys. That they made the WS. WOW. It's been very awesome to see them finally play up to their potential. I always said if they ever just play .500 on the road they could easily make the playoffs. They were pretty close to doing that, but hats off to the D-backs and Padres for making it tough for the Rocks to get in. Now, I haven't been bragging much, mainly not to jinx them. But, screw that. How many more times if ever are we getting back here. I'm defintely not saying the Rockies will win this series, but it sure is going to be fun watching them try. I am sick of hearing ( on the radio) though, that Boston is just going to run over us. Let's not forgot a few things. We played Boston (June) at Fenway in a 3 game series, and beat them 2-1, outscoring them 20-5. They beat the unbeatable (at that point) Beckett, he lasted 5 innings, giving up 10 hits and six runs (including a grand slam). The Rockies set a MLB record with the best fielding percentage. The best home record since June and one of the best ERA's in that same time. ...and dont forget .... Matt Holliday - MVP ?  Troy...for ROY !  Like I said, this will be a very exciting series, best of luck to both teams. Prediction.... Rockies in 6 games.  |

| I'm half tempted to bet my whole stash on the Red Sox tonight.... knowing if I do, I will lose my stash... I know with my betting luck lately the Rockies would win the game... Paying 19K to tie up the series... or win 9K hmmmmm. On second thought , Maybe I should use this on an elimination game  |
