I've been reading some tutorials on how to make digital photos look like cross-processed film (basically film that has been developed in the wrong chemicals. typically done on purpose to achieve cool effects) Here is the original: ![]() Here is my second version: ![]() And here is my third version: ![]() Which do you like best?

| j20, that's a cool effect you got going in the third attempt. This tutorial might help ya. It uses cross processing techniques, just on a different subject. PhotoWalkthrough.com - tutorial guidance on photography image creation and tools.

A great place is good-tutorials.com It has MANY tutorials on how to manipulate photographs using photoshop, you can translate most of what they say to a different program seeing how photoshop costs a TON of money.

If you'd like to try something interesting, try applying the filters to only part of the picture. For instance - put the blue-filter only over the shaded areas of your eyes, so they look much more red and yellow, and are only 50% as blue as they were. Or, any other color. :P

Well once you tinker some more post up some new versions of your old picture, thats a little confusing. Show us your progress? I've tried this process myself with some of my digital shots. Edit: You can see the differences better on bigger pictures, which I can't figure out how to do on forums.
