Default Some of my art...

I was rather bored, so I scanned a few of my photographs I have taken for my Intro to Photography class (edit: what the hell, I said art so there a drawing I did a few years ago). No digital shit, all the traditional way. I realy enjoy it, and seeing as my digital camera broke right before this class I find myself carrying around my 35mm alot. I always make sure I have the darkroom by myself so I can get nice and 'toasty' and jam out to some Pink Floyd of Black Sabbath while developing and enlarging.

Enjoy, let me know what you think, remember I'm very much an amateur. I'll try to post some more another time perhaps.

Hope you don't mind Picture Tiger. I find it really fast and easy, just click on the picture for the 'fullsize'.

Awesome mate! Alaska has to be the best place to go for winter nature pictures.

I'd love to see a nice mountain landscape

Okay, I'll remember to take a picture of the mountain that is right in front of my house before I develop this next roll

Most of or snow has melted on the ground, so I am gonna have to wait before taking more winter shots, but it is snowing currently so not too long.

edit: here are more, from my old digital, I dont believe i have posted them on the forum.

(Me pulling beer out of ocean)

(Ducks in backyard)

(Found this at a local lake; a political statement by someone perhaps?)

edit; by popular request, more deer that fell into the river and turned into corpses, apparently deer around here don't know how to swim because the river near my house always has a few dead deer on the shore

Good job Spiral you are very talented. My favorite is the group you named Beauty. Those are nice landscapes. Would be great for an oil painting.

I somehow missed this thread I know it's a little bit of an older thread, but great pictures! You really have a talent, and I dig your vision. I love the black and whites

Thanks guys, I have a few more enlargements I plan on uploading this week so keep your eyes peeled.

Also I am planning on getting a dslr as a personal early X-Mas gift, so you can expect even more in the future, I am so stoked to get a new snazzy camera.

I'm not much of a photography expert but I think those are some pretty good pics. I'm with PK, I really like the b/w. Great scenic shots
