It's a pretty cool (free) website for amateur/professional artists/photographers.

No problem homie. I am a professional tattoo artist. Would they allow art like that? And, would it be a good way to promote your art and get your name out there?

Awesome. I've been wanting to get a gun, myself, but haven't really looked into the laws regarding tattooing. It actually is a very good way to get your work to the mass public, and they are very open to flash/tattoo art.

If you want to tattoo, I'd recommend being an apprentice first. If you want details, please PM me and I'll give you the details. Buying a gun and tattooing from your home is not a good idea. The passing of blood borne pathogens are crazy. I myself, tattooed from my home before I had professional training... Looking back, I could of easily changed that persons life by giving him/her a disease.
