| thanks so much Dingleberry! So today is the third business day... the guy at the lab said 2-3 business days, I haven't heard anything yet. Dingleberry - do you know anything about toner to retouch up my hair? I have almost black hair that was bleached/redyed at a salon and it's already starting to lighten up. Right now it just looks like highlights but someone mentioned something about having the salon use 'toner' on my hair instead of paying for them to redye it all over again. Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much!! |

| Yeah you can get a toner or a rinse. Something that basically just washes in and will even it back out. Also there are shampoos you can get that will do the same thing. All the dark hair shampoos are made to slowly deposit color into your hair and keep it from fading. I like Bumble & Bumble's Color shampoos best, however I strongly suggest purchasing them at a Salon since they are guaranteed and the stuff available at CVS is expired(not good). They sell rinses at stores like meijer, walmart, or sallys that you can get. They stain your hair a bit too. My suggestion would be to go to a professional if possible, these kinds of thing are fairly inexpensive. If there's a cosmetology school near you, a student would be very cheap and would have no problems doing a toner. Its super easy. I hope this helps! |
