haha probably a good idea the price will go with the "upscaledness" of the salon, so theres really no way to tell how much it will be. good luck though! i really hope you get this job after all your efforts!!!

so $55 later, i just got the redye done (no bleach). no more red/orange hair but its now a .5 shade darker than before (didnt notice till i got home). can i sit out in the sun tommorrow to lighten it a touch or will it settle in in a few days? the stylist mentioned not to go in the sun this week because it could fade. To recap; hair 1 1/4", 70 days ago smoked twice (4-5 hits each) and small amount of off topic (dont shot me!) washed daily for past month+ using generic aloe rid shampoo (pg labeled), mac method 3-4 times, baking soda paste and aloe rid/ion swimmer rinse 3-4 times, ladvisa method (peroxide - clorox -shampoo) 2 times, 40 dev. powder bleach for 50 mins. 1 time, redye 3 times. i plan on getting zydot or ultra cleanse for day of test. cant bleach anymore since my hair color is too hard to match. suggestions, odds? p.s. props to dingleberry, jerry g and the rest of this very informative forum. its great to know that there are people out there willing to help each other out.

sitting in the sun will fade it of course, but so will washing your hair wish warm water(warm water opens the cuticle and if you wash after your hair has been sitting under warm water it will cause the color to fade a bit). Basically, it will fade anyways so don't worry too much about it i think youre totally going to pass!
