30 year old White Female - 110lb - Shoulder length Thick brunette hair - no idea re metabolism lol!

Smoked Jan/Feb/March 08 two to three joints a day.

Haven't smoked since March 08 apart from about half a joint three weeks ago.

Hair test Around First August.

I have ordered the Paul Mitchell Shampoo and will have a go with the Macujo method (if I can get Tide in the Uk!)

What do you reckon?

If you don't smoke between now and the test you should be fine without any treatment. They test for a 90 day history. You will be well over 90 days clean by the time you test. Save your hair and just use the PM Shampoo so you have a feeling of doing something to help. Even though you don't need it...IF you stay clean.
