| Ok here is my deal....I am 23, female, 5'3 125lbs, med length brown hair very very fine & thin smoked 4-5 times in the past 90 days (2-5 hits). Medium grade stuff. I have a hair test in 7 days. I am going to do the Mac method ASAP and I order Ultra Clean so it should be here soon. I'm flipping...what else should I do? I dont want to ruin my hair but I do need this job badly!!!!! Help help help |

| Well from what I have read here....and thats hundreds of posts over the last few days....the Mac method does not seem to be the best anymore since they lowered the testing level. If you look at the stickeys....Jerry G's Bleach and Redye seems to be the best. But if your worried about your hair then its not so good. |
