I have been a heavy user for over a year and am taking a pre-employment test. The company has sent me the dreaded pouch which I am to take to the lab. I had prepared for a urine test but now know that it will be hair. Help please

I have fairly short fine hair about 2 inches long and have used nothing. My recruiter is already bugging me to go to the lab.

What can I use to cleanse my hair, I heard of shampoos with
Propylene Glycol.

Any advice

I also ordered Ultra clear and will do the McCuju method tonight and wash my hair in the morning with UC. No need to stop the puff though as it takes 5 days to get in anyway

Need more info, like when was the last use? Read some of the stickeys above...they have great info.

Yes I bought some swimmers shampoo that had the Propylene Glycol in it. A good item to start with...
