Hey ya'll, Here's my abridged story( Keep it short right ? )

I smoked almost daily ( a few days scattered here there with no smoking ) for eight months then I quit on March 1st. I was going good then I slipped and shared three tiny bowls with one other person late May and have been clean ever since. My hair test will becoming up around August , so here comes the...will I pass?

here are my factors : '5 "11 190 lbs. Dark hair, shaved head, not with a razor but a regular hair trimmer. hair grows fairly quickly. I usually cut my hair every week and a half to two weeks cause I'm going bald and it just don't look to good long Any help/input would be greatly appreciated thank you very much.
