|  Proposed 5 day Plan.....comments? I'm a heavy (?) smoker, 6 bong rips of kush daily for the last 6 years. I quit smoking 10 days ago because I thought I had a piss test coming up, but low and behold I found out it's a hair test. I have about 5 days to get ready. I'm white 6' 220lbs blond hair 2 inches long. Day 1. MacCujo Method Day 2. Bleach hair, shampoo with Toxin wash (or other high propylene glycol swimmer product), aloe conditioner. Day 3. MacCujo Method, baking soda paste, Toxin wash Day 4. Hair Cut to 1". MacCujo Method, baking soda paste, Toxin wash Day 5/Test Day. MacCujo Method, baking soda paste, Toxin wash, Zydot Ultra Clean (is Clear Choice the same?) Will I have any hair left?  Reorder anything such as bleach first, last? Is there a problem with MacCujo and baking soda...will it turn my head into a foaming volcano? Can/Should I add another Bleach cycle on day 4? Any benefit to shaving my head and focusing the treatments on my armpits...less irritation? Thanks Jerry, Sec, Onetoke, et all for their contributions. |

| I just had my hair bleached and dyed twice in the same day by a Professional at a salon with the recommended Jerry G levels. A side from a little tingling during the process my scalp is fine. Just thought you might like to know that doesn't hurt when done correctly. Now as far as adding the MacCujo on top of that I dont know what will happen to your noggin. |

| Alright I hate to have changed my method from above but once I found out I had more time I said F the Mac method. Heavy user clean since 7-1. On 7-19 I bleached my hair. It was kind of orangey. On 7-24 I bleached my hair again and it's white. I've been using ION swimmers shampoo and conditioner daily. I've done 3 baking soda soaks followed by ION's shampoo. My Test is in 1 week 8-7. What do I do between then and now. I have Toxin wash now so I'll use that daily. Also bought Zydot for day of. I'm gonna do one more bleach, and then redye a natural color. Should I do it the day of? Or the day before? |

| Tomorrow's Dday. Taking the test. Here's the recap. Quit 30 days ago. Bleached 25 days ago 2 baking soda and swimmers shampoo washes Bleached 17 days ago Toxin was daily for last 7 days Bleached 2 days ago Bleached today and redyed Blond Day of Test: Baking Soda, Toxin wash, Baking Soda, Toxin Wash, Zydot. Wish me luck, I'll let you know when I know. Anyone wanna guess? |
