I am not a habitual user. I am a 34 year old, 5'9", 175lbs, female curvy, but not fat(had lipo in May ). My hair is fine and dark brown. I am a business professional and have been offered a great position in the insurance industry. Received my packet from company and I have to take a hair and urine test this Wednesday. My boyfriend and I got a wild hair in March and decided smoke some mj. I had to have a drug test before my lipo so I did not smoke anything from the beginning of April until May 19th. Since then I have smoked twice. Once on June 7th and again on June 20th. Took about six hits each time. The stuff was not that great and we had kept it in the freezer since March. Until now I have never had a drug test and besides a couple of times in college I had not used mj. It would of course figure that at a crucial time in my life I would choose to be irresponsible and live like I had nothing to lose! So basically I have smoked twice in the last 90 days. I plan on using mac method, but have a few questions of those who have tried it. Does your hair fall out??? My hair is so fine and being a female I hate to think of what I may look like after this! Bleaching is not an alternative for me as I have done that in the past and my hair did fall out. I have PM3 shampoo and the Aloe Rid plan on using them both until Wednesday. Also, can I wash, dry and style my hair as usual on the day of the test? I also have read a few posts where females used a flat iron. Does anyone know if the heat actually penetrates the cortex of the hair? I actually style my hair everyday with a flat iron and I am hoping that is a good thing. Any other suggestions would be very helpful. I have two boys that need me and I need this job to support them. I am feeling very foolish. Thanks and good luck to everyone going thru this ordeal. It is sad to know that you can be an alcoholic, beat your kids and keep or get a job. I do believe this drug should be legal for many reasons.

Then you will pass without any treatment. If you want to do something just to help calm your nerves, use Zydot the day of the test.

i agree the company has to decide on how far back the hair test goes my cpmpany go's back 60 days i think you should be ok also

I have never heard of a company shortening the history for a hair test.

SAMSHA says 90 days. Any hair test I know of, tests for 90 days.

I guess you hit the nail on the head, I am a nervous wreck. Will mac method work as well as zydot? If so I may just go that route the morning of. My uncle has been smoking since he was a teen and can you believe NEVER has had to take a drug test??? Lucky ***tard!!! This is crazy and I just pray I pass and my hair stays put!!! I will update when I find out. Thank you for putting my mind at ease. Sho

Anything will work because you don't need any treatment. Just dump water on your head and make believe it's Zydot.
