Hey friends,

I have a THC test coming up, but I'm not sure if it's hair or urine.

I'm an avid weight lifter, so if it's urine, I won't worry as much as I drink a ton of water throughout the day. I'll probably take some diuretic pills anyway just in case.

But if it's a hair test... I'm screwed. I smoked my last few bowls for a looong time last night (if i get this job).

Ive seen a ton of sites that sell shampoo and ive also seen people on here using Zydot and Omni?

I'm basically just trying to figure out what the most reputable shampoo is and how to take it. Right before the test? Anytime before the test (as in a few weeks)?

I read over the FAQ , but coudnt find the specifics to my questions.

Well, there are lots of posts with your questions already answered. Basically, if you were a heavy user, the bleach and redye method would best serve your needs. No shampoo will give reliable results for heavy users.

Read and learn, especially the JerryG's bleach and redye method.

Wouldnt bleach change the color of my hair?

i hate to be an a$s, but it is called the bleach and redye method, because you redye your hair to your natural or close to natural color after you bleach

About 2 - 3 bowls a night (with a friend). Last time I smoked was Sunday evening.

I was then offered this job Monday! Sucks! I need this job.

pjc, don't worry about being an ass, I'm not familiar with coloring my hair. It could have said "Bring-the-color-back" and I still would've asked. Better safe than sorry.

If it helps,
I do regularly (every other day) cut my hair without the guard as low as I can get it all over my body.

I would say the longest hair on my body would be my eyebrows lol.

does that make a difference?

It means they may fail you for not being able to submit a sample...

I really absolutely hate hair.

Hopefully I'll be lucky enough to just take a piss test.

I lift weights 5-6 days a week and take daily: Multi-Vitamin, Creatine, NO2, Beta-Alanine, Taurine, Anti-oxidants, Glutamine, and BCAA's. Will any of that help the MJ pass quicker?

Just found out it is a urine test.

Tons of water and a week of diuretics are in line!
