| Hello everyone I am looking for some advice as I am stressing over passing a hair test for a new job. I have decided that I am going to play it safe and quit smoking until after I get the job and pass the hair test. I have been a daily toker for the past 5 years and just stopped 1 week ago today (8/20/08). I know hair tests see back 90 days (30 days every 1/2 inch of hair). I shaved my head 2 days ago and have been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice in an attempt to clean my system. But I know that the hair that grows under the head would still be "tainted" so if shaving again in another few weeks, or a full month would my hair from then on out be clean and test negative? I have not applied for the job yet but I know for a fact they do hair testing, using this method could I be clean in under 90 days? Cutting the hair away that would be "tainted" and allowing fresh hair to grow The main question here would be how long does it take for THC to deposit into your hair after you stop smoking? Thanks for your input |
