Hello everyone!

First I'd like to start by saying, THANK YOU to everyone who posts/shares/reads...participates at all! I'm facing a hair test, and it's nice to know I'm SO not alone.

Alright, in a nutshell: 26 y.o. female - 5ft tall, 120ish pounds, average metabolism, long blonde hair. Used to be a daily smoker back in 2003/4....in college. My smoking than faded b/c I moved back home. There was a peak again in 2005....few times every week/every other week. Since then it's been a few times/month, every few months (and sometimes months with no smoking at all). More recently: I realized a hair test was a possibility back in May 2008, so I "quit" - but I didn't do such a good job of quitting - I quit like 98% (I'm a dumb*ss). Since June 2008 I've smoked once a month - and never a lot, b/c I'm a lightweight.

I have a hair test this coming Monday...my most recent tokes were 2 hits 1 day at the end of July....a few hits 1 day the first wk of Sept....and then 2 hits again on Oct. 11th (that was the last time). My test is Monday the 28th...this means I've smoked (albeit a little) 3 times within the 90 day testing period.

Given all that information....do I have anything on my side??

Needless to say - I've read just about every post on this site (thank you x 10 to all who share!) On Tuesday I started washing (scrubbing!) 2x a day with T-Sal and HOT water...then I follow up with Ion Swimmer shampoo (b/c it has the PG in it). I bought Ultra Cleanse back in May...but I know that's not enough. I plan on doing 2-3 Mac treatments this weekend (bought everything I need), and then washing with the T-Sal, Swimmer shampoo, and Ultra Cleanse the morning of (the test is at 9:30).

Do we think this will be enough?? I know bleach and redye is a solid option (btw - hi to Jerry - I think you're awesome for your devotion and advice!) but I'm not a 'heavy' user...and (not to be vain)....I'm a natural blonde - I've NEVER dyed my hair (let alone bleached it)....I want to destroy it JUST enough to pass. Besides - I plan on chopping it all off and donating it this summer...which I do every few years - so I don't want to F that up either.

Okay - I apologize for the long post. If anyone has any words of wisdom, reassurance - I'd appreciate it. Oh yeah - there are no headshops near me to pick up any other fancy shampoos...so hopefully I can make do with everything I've already bought.

I'll be sure to post my results...and I hope you all don't mind crossing your fingers!! BTW: I think this is the most RIDICULOUS system ever...if you have to TEST me to find out if I'm doing drugs...than I CLEARLY don't have a drug problem!!
