71 days clean what is a good method

Hi I have read most of the posts but I am still a bit confused on the best method or methods to attempt to pass a test on January 4th 2009. My last day enjoying was October 25th - which was the day my company decided to send an email informing the work force of drug testing.
A few things about me - daily smoker for years - Male 6 feet tall 250 pounds. I started exercising on the 25th - I am doing a running program to help me get back in shape and loose weight. I shave my head daily so no doubt they will take arm pit hair.

Should I shave my pits now? Should I leave them and start trimming a little at a time?

Which method should I use to clean the hair? Can I do both and when should I start?

start clipping a little bit now to get rid of the oldest hair. i think it takes them a while to grow back if you shave

i started treating about 2 weeks before my test. read my previous posts and jerry g's sticky

I was thinking of shaving now and hopefully by 71 days it will be long enough for a sample. Like I said I stopped consuming and do not plan on consuming prior to the test. I do not know how long it will continue to be pushed out from my hair follicles etc.. Should I attempt to follow your recipe even though I have at least 71 days possibly more? We return to work January 5th and the policy goes into effect on the 1st.

From the sounds of it if I use your method I will need to purchase the following -
Toxin Wash
Zydot
Wellite Powder Lightener
40 Volume Cream
(ReDye) Wella Color Charm Gel Color and 10-20 Volume Developer

Where is the best place to purchase all of the above?

Any thoughts on my plan? How soon should I start to bleach and re-dye?
Should I trim my pits or shave them? I think in 70 or so days they would grow back.
