I've passed 3 hair tests so far using the advice given by Jerry G and Sec(thanks guys). I found out that I have to take a test tommorow, which is only 2 months after my last test. I'm not very worried because I haven't smoked much and I have been using Maccujo method, replacing vinegar with bases; baking soda pastes; propylene glycol; and Paul Mitchell III cleansing(or whatever it is). I'm currently sitting here with baking soda in my hair as I have been for the past 10 mins. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. I get baking soda make it into a paste with water and rub for roughly 7 mins then let it sit. I then clean it out with various products. Is just massaging it into my hair the proper way to do it?

Sounds about right, that's what I did anyways. I don't think there's an exact science in mixing it with water.

So what are the exact steps that you take? Do you do a baking soda paste, let it sit. Then the Clean & clear, let it sit. Then rinse with Paul Mitchell. How often to do do it?
