My gf has been clean for over a year from smoking. About 3 days ago to celebrate, she took about 5 hits off a bowl. First and only time shes smoked within the past 90 days. She just found out today that everyone at work is being put through a hair test sometime next week. I have heard that if its under 3 times within the past 90 days she shouldnt have to worry, but we are anyways.

So this puts the test somewhere in the range of 7 to 10 days from the only time shes smoked.

She has thin long BLond/Bleached hair. shes 5'3" 115 pounds.

Bought most of what is needed for the McCujo method just in case, but what is the best thing we can do for her to pass? I know that this test is a crap shoot, but i want to be able to do whatever so she doesnt lose her job before the holiday, Thanks in Advance.
