i had six hits from a bong last tuesday...last time i smoked before that was a month and a week prior...idk how much i smoked it was kind of a lot.
Im 5'0", 150 lbs, i have naturally dark brown hair and its shoulder length, but ive been dying it since 4th grade so its very very damaged. Im not a regular smoker at all.
So far i have done the macujo method once, i bleached my hair today (its sooo fried), then i dyed it but the color didnt cover, so i dyed it again, and tomorrow or the next day im going to the salon to get it fixed meaning they will be using much more products.
I have also been washing and conditioning my hair with malibu 2000, both products have PG in them.
And i cant afford any special detox shampoos or treatments right now, so they are out of the question.
Should i really be as worried as I am? Any more advice is strongly appreciated.
