I'm wondering if smelling or touching fresh buds will cause THC to absorb in the body and cause you to fail a drug test. Just curious. The other day I was just checking out a friend's stash without even thinking about if it would effect me or not. I didn't smoke any and nobody around me was smoking. I'm assuming my friend might have smoked some before I got in his car. Would I be at risk for failing a urine or hair test. I'm a rare smoker who actually smoked a couple hits about 2 months ago, which I really haven't been to concerned about, but I just thought I would give some history. My drug test is in about 3 weeks. Should I be concerned about coming into contact with my friends stash a few days ago or am I just paranoid. I don't even think I actually touched it. I just picked up a jar that it was in and smelled it. It was pretty potent, definitely CHRONIC! I can't find any literature online that even talks about situations like this.

just smelling it or touching it wont do anything to you. you said that you only had a couple hits 2 months ago, you should be fine with that. i just had a hair test done on me and i took around 3 hits 65 days before my test and i passed the test. so you should be good to go
