Hope i did not make a major mistake.....Abstained for 30days...but this past Fri night 1 small hit of low grade......Sat around 3pm another small hit again of low grade...I do not suspect a saliva test this monday(tommorow) but it is possible....Did i screw myself bigtime? Took a fishing trip with a buddy to Erie and the vibe was too good. I cant believe i did this!!!! Any suggestions...Hate to ask a common question on the board but i did not find any posts that were identically similar to my situation...Help

there is a chance but if its low grade stuff, and just to bowls maybe not i have taken two hits the day before court and past at the probation, it came out very light on the test. take a home test and see.

Well took the test today....Approx 72hrs after the use described above.....Altoids up to the test. Also dont know what this did....but....I inhaled alot of air prior to the test in an effort to keep my mouth somewhat dry. Also barely swabbed and as mentioned in other posts I suspended the swab in my mouth. The test had me keep it in my mouth for 2min. During that period i continued to inhale air in an effort to keep things dry. After the test the administrator commented to me "tastes pretty salty huh?" I just nodded yes but i only barely detected a slight salty taste....Im pretty nervous and feel completely violated but thats how things go....Any comments about the inhaling of air or the lack of salty residue taste would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again to all who have helped me on this forum. I also bought 10 powerball lottery tickets today. hehe...

Congrads on passing. But after 72 hrs of abstination, you wouldve very likely passed naturally, without taking any measures.

Whoa.....Lew....didnt pass yet....Guess i will find out here in a couple of days or so, but thanks for the optimism......The thing that sucks is that all future tests will be random...So I think im done....Not worth loading up Friday after work to freak out on Monday in fear of the random inquisition. I will fill out the survey and give a detailed account of everything.. Thanks again...

same with me i been clean for 12 days.. i got an saliva test by my po you think i would pass .. thanks alots ppl for the help ...i went tho the whole forum about the saliva test .. i just wanted to know wat you guys think .. i did do anything cuz i didnt know i was going to be tested . i only 2 hits from a bowl?

To be randomly tested this frequently..is it because you either drive a company vehicle for a large portion of your job, or operate heavy machinery? I'm just wondering, not necessarily pointed at you banana - I don't expect you to give us your occupation.

Bananaboat only had one test, and I tend to think it was a pre-employment test, not a random.
