|  Mac Method Question So I have decided to go with the Mac method, and have done it 3 times. However, I don't have a moisturizing shampoo. Is that step super critical? Right now I have just been using white vinegar, c and c deep cleaning astringent, and washing it all out with tide. Each step I have been doing for 15 minutes. Is that moisturizing shampoo going to make a huge difference? |

| The moisturizing shampoo isn't even part of the MAC method. Besides the MAC method really doesn't even work unless you're a real light smoker and/or have quite a bit of clean time. The moisturizing shampoo was probably recommended because you're hair is gonna be fried after all that MACing. |
