Hello all , I'm just wondering..i smoked about 3 to 4 one hits a day, every day..but quit about 2 month's ago..will thc show up on a hair test??? thank's for any advice..poppy

Thc is reported to stay in hair for up to 6 months. Sorry man. I know they have special shampoos, but dont know if they work. Welcome to mj.com!

ALL drugs stay in the hair for 90 days. To be safe you want to quit for 100 days. Right now hair tests are virtually impossible to beat. When you go in for the test, make sure your hair is no longer than what the test specifies for (I think its one and a half inches), as this is what they will take. Make sure they take no more than the specified length and they are supposed to take it from the last inches of hair, not from the scalp.

Beware, they also can combine hair from multiple sections and get you that way.. so you might go in with a shaved head and watch them try to collect

Interesting story.

One of my cousins is a gonzo competitive swimmer, and he was asked to take a hair test, but since he had shaved off all his hair for swimming, they had him take a urine test instead. Just shave your entire body before every job interview

I made up the preceeding story, but you gotta figure that it work.

Hello again..like i said in my prior post, i had smoked all the time , about 3-4 one hits a day..1 in the morning. 1 when i got home..and 2 or 3 later in the evening..until i was laif-off..then i quit..nothing really special..it was actually less than 2 months..and i passed..they checked my blood , urine , checked for alchol in my system..even cut from 2 diffrent spots from my head..i was actually worried i wouldn't pass..but my hair is not very long , it is about 1 1/2- 2" long ..i had asked a few question's about the accuracy of the test and they said at least 98% accurate??? but if you happen to go , and you are completly shaved..they will even get your finger nails to test...trust me ..i did nothing special at all..i have seen the test..NEGATIVE..i wish i could offer more info to help all others. but i have no explaination why i passed..just lucky i guess , or maybe a HIGH!!metabolism??

my friend gets hair tested once a month, and he puts tons of chemicals in his hair, gas, karosin, you name it he puts it in his hair. and he always around pot, always. so its in his system.

i thought there would be no way he could pass, but he did, twice!

i dont recommend the course of action he took and his taking, but hey, it worked for him.

but please, dont do it.

that good that you passed. do you know if you can pass a hair test when coke was only been used once in your life and you've been clean for two months prior to testing????
