So from what Ive read, the Mac method doesnt work for heavy users. Since it doesnt, what WILL work for heavy users? Im half black half Irish so the dye thing is kind of out of the question. However, I can use a relaxer, which contains propylene glycol. Any suggestions...
Allow me to give you some history...Ive been going thru the other threads and I see that it helps for history.

I smoke about a bowl, roughly less but never more than one, a day and have for the past 2 years. I stopped for about 4 days on the 11th of this month, smoked one hit on the 12th and havent touched it since. On Thursday I go for a possibly drug test which is for a casino so I am pretty sure that they will test my hair. I am a female with hair past my shoulders and cutting it is not an option...

I just purchased a hair mud from a website for passing hair tests (not sure if I can post their website so I wont to be safe) but I also want to use another method that has been proven to work for HEAVY users.

Although I enjoy tokin after work and on the weekends, I must say that this is probably going to be the last of my herbal journey. I think the best way to pass is obviously to not smoke at all. Sucks but its the truth.

Thank you for the info Jerry G. I see that a relaxer has been having success rates which should be a plus for me. Your method also seems less abrasive to my hair although, I dunno what color to use on my hair lol.
Should I substitute the bleach and redye with the relaxer?

Well, I bought a mudd treatment and Im going to buy a cleanser or toxin wash from a local head shop and start there. The night before my test, Im going to do the relaxer and just hope for the best. I sincerely appreciate all of your help Jerry G. Ive been researching this ALL day and my brain is just fried at this point.

FYI-
I read that the chemical in the relaxer penetrates the cortex or cortical layer of your hair...so Im wondering if there is a way to "clean out the thc" once that layer is penetrated by the chemicals....what do you think?

I would assume the Mac method is more effective after your hair is damaged. The Tide has surfactants that probably don't do much cleaning unless they get past the cuticle.

Ive read those mudd Tx's don't work either. Zydot would have been a better bet. It does help along with the Bleach/Redye method.

Bleach/Redye + Mac + Zydot seems to be the most effective treatment.

Dang in my case I am going to try anythign and everything. Id rather have a inconclusive test and fail then ahve them see what sin my hair and fail.
