can someone please tell me how long thc can stay in the blood. i have a blood test on the 16th of July, weigh 110, 5'8, w/an extremely high metab. i have heard 24 to 48 hrs and then 30-45 days. some one please give me some advice. thanks

thanks....but it appears that no one knows. the urine testing board replied w/an 24-72 hr rate....you wouldn't beleive the variety of answers i have received from medical & drug testing professionals. if anyone is aware of a web site w/this info, please pass it along to us. there has to be info on just how long it stays in the blood. when you think about alcohol & nicotine, it makes sense it would be gone in 24-72 hrs. i have virtually no body fat & a high metab. so maybe i'll be ok.

Its only in your blood for HOURS, never days at a time.. Or you'd be high for DAYS.. That'd be pretty cool though..

For anyone still looking for the answer-- thc is definitely out of your blood within a few hours for an occasional smoker and within a few days for a chronic. If you don't trust me go to the Norml website and search under blood tests. I trust that their information is more accurate than most people stating their opinions on this site. No disrespect my brothers and sisters
