|  What I've done: EDIT - treatments started on day 41/42. I can't exactly remember. - Bleach w/ 30, ION, Dye w/ 20, ION - nothing - Baking soda, ION - nothing - Bleach w/40, ION, Dye w/ 20, ION - nothing - Full Toxin Wash treatment - nothing - Full Toxin Wash treatment - Baking soda rinse, ION - nothing - Bleach w/40, TW as shampoo, Dye w/ 20, TW as shampoo, ION - nothing - nothing - nothing - Baking Soda/MOM, Tide (x2), PM3 (X2), ION (X2) - nothing - nothing - Full Toxin Wash treatment - (6 days of nothing) - Baking Soda/MOM, Tide (x2), PM3 (X2), ION (X2) - (7 days of nothing) - Full Toxin Wash treatment - (7 days of nothing) - Bleach w/ 20 for 15 minutes, TW/PM3/ION, Redye, TW/PM3/ION - Had to dye again, washed out with TW/PM3/ION - Baking soda for 1 hour in the sun, PM3/ION - Full TW treatment Just FYI, when I put 'nothing', I mean that I just shampooed with ION or PM3. I don't consider that any treatment. That puts us to today. Day 88 of abstinence. My hair is about 1-1/8" on sides/back/crown. |
