Unprepared

I will be bleaching my hair 3x & dyeing it 2x. The developer I am using is 40 volume developer, should I use only 20? I have both & lots of them! Also I have swimmers shampoo & Conditioner I will be using 2x per day until the day before my test cuz thats when I get on the bus. I will use Dr. Greens wash away Shampoo as soon as I have a lay over at a bus stop long enough to wash my hair which will be the morning of my test.
I smoked last about 3 weeks ago today, but normally I smoke every month for the first 2 weeks & go through about 1/4 of smoke then stay clean the rest of the month. I have been smoking for like 7 years now with a 2 year break when I was 14 (started at 13). If this will make me pass my test please someone tell me. I know I should only have 1 thread, but I wrote my plan in the last 1 & asked what are my chances & no one said anything . So please, Anyone respond.
Thanks For the help just a little background I weigh only 100lbs so I would think THC clears my system fast, although I am not sure that matters with a hair test....may be wrong though
I'll try to remove the other thread so people dont get confused, but seeing as I am a newbie, I dont know if I will succeed
