This isnt that long please read thank you!

Ok so i stopped smoking 3 weeks ago and I went for pre testing for law enforcement i was gunna try the bleach and dye method but after i went today for what i thought was going to be a different test, one of the other people there told me they would be taking the hair. By some miracle the dr. had an emergency and left, thank god. so i came home and shaved my entire body today. Will the hair be fresh now that its been 3 weeks completley clean? I smoked about 3x a week for about a year straight and maybe 4 or 5 times a year spread randomly for the 2 years before that. Im 5'10 235lbs Please let me know any and al info. And they take it from the legs not the head

it should be im pretty sure i read somehwere on here that it takes 9 days to get out of your blood and into your hair so with 3 weeks of growth i think you should be ok! but if you hair isnt long enough on your legs then they might take it somewhere else on your body!! just a heads up...
