Hey everyone, I'm a long time smoker, first time poster...hehe. I have a few quick questions in regard blood tests:
High blood pressure is genetical in my family, and I have to have a blood test from my doctor soon. I'm just wondering, when he checks the results of my blood test, is their ANY chance he will notice I have been using Marijuana? If he would, how long would it be until Marijuana has left my blood stream completly and it won't be picked up on the test?

The only way your doctor will see evidence of mj usage is if the blood work he orders includes a screening for controlled substances. I don't know what kind of blood work is generally done in connection with high blood pressure, but I doubt that it would include this type of test.

In case they do order a blood test drug screen, I've heard that THC can be detected on average for 7-10 days after usage. Some say the time period is shorter.

I agree with blood tests they are only concerned with what is related to your ailment; it costs extra to test for drugs, a doctor is not going to test for things such as MJ unless it may be an issue in your charts or if you specifically ask for it.
