I can use some advice: I have a pre-employment screening this Friday (July 2) and I need to make sure I'm clean. I last smoked 17 days ago, only 4-5 bowls, hadn't smoked for months before that. I am pretty sure my urine is clean (I drink A LOT of water every day and exercise a few days a week) but I am worried about a potential hair test.
I have two questions: 1) Would the company HAVE to make it clear to me that hair testing is employed or can I be surprised with it? 2) If I am being hair (or even blood tested), will the vinegar/clean-n-clear/detergent method work for me or is there some other measures I should consider?
Failing this test can lead to some major problems for me, I can really use some help. Please reply soon, thanks!

17 days, you should have been ok on the urine part, if you diluted properly; remember that 17 days may still not be enough for some people. a blood test would be no prob since it is quick to leave the bloodstream; in terms of hair, there is no sure fire way to passing a hair test with any type of shampoo; hair will test positive depending upon the length; Shorter hair will need less time
