Should she be safe?

Hi,

My friend must take a hair follicle test shortly for a job and would like to know if she will be safe and pass.

She smoked for the first time in 4months on July 1st. She smoke 3 bowls with another person so probably 1.5 her self. She has to take a test on Aug 15th. She goes to the pool about 2-3times a week (I heard this helps), drinks a fair amount of water and is about 155lbs 6'9" tall. She has her hair just past her shoulders and is dark brown with highlights. (no sure if this matters but want to give accurate discription).

Should she be safe without any preperation? If not what should she do days before the test / day of the test?

I would say she should be fine; with that type of smoking frequency, the risk of testing positive in the hair is still small, if any
