need hair test support

Found out Fri. I had a hair test that day--yikes. Didn't see this site, but was wise enough to cut hair to 1.5-2 inches (samples were probably 1.75 in). Smoked 1-2 bowls in late Dec. and then several hits 3/14 and have been clean ever since (145 days to the test). I lost 7 lbs since the end of March and have exercised regularly for last several years (running / hiking).

I didn't have time to bleach, etc. Any thoughts to help me get through the worrying before the Psychemedics results are back.

What I can't find on the web is how long the MJ metaboloids keep going into the hair after you stop smoking. i.e. when does the hair start growing out "clean" again?

I will post my results when I hear.

you will be fine, they only go back 90 days

I passed the test--Pschemedics. So use my example as some additional data.
