I am a senior in high school and get hair tested with the phycemedics hair test. I am wondering if I could get any advice on instructions for the McCujo method. Ive got a general idea based on postings ive read but would like to know specific details. I had been smoke free for a few weeks and then started one or twice a week for a couple weeks. Any advice appreciated.

All I can say - and I'm not real sure - is to do it just like it says. If you read a while on his thread - someone has a printable version of the method - I just printed it and followed it just like it said. From what I have read - I am thinking that if you get that Aloe Rid shampoo - by Nexxus (which I didn't do - but wish I did) - and follow up with that - then you should be good to go. I'm still waiting for the results on mine - I wish I would had cut a few inches off my hair as well. You know - Reading and Studying these pages - and other various web sites - I believe the safest thing to say is that NOTHING is certain. NOTHING has been proven or has worked for everyone. I'd say not to smoke too much either!! In addition I also believe that the absolute BEST thing to use along with any method is PRAYER!!!!!!
