I have a test coming 90 days to the day I last smoked; before that I was a casual smoker; probably 2 or 3 times a week for a few months straight. Iv gotten a few hari cuts the past month. My test is 2 weeks away; what should I do in the upcoming days to make sure my hair sample is clean?
