Okay so people can compare and get a rough estimation as to whether or not they will pass I will explain in full detail what I did to pass my hair test. I will preface that with the history of use, body type metabolism etc. Hopefully this will help someone like others on this forum have helped me.

Usage and body type:
I smoked everyday for the last three weeks of December and the last week of November. I smoked every other week during January and every weekend from February till the third week of May. I have abstained from smoking for about three weeks almost four now.

I am 6 ft tall and weigh 155 pounds. I have a high metabolism. I have a military style hair cut (number 1 on the sides and about a number 5 on the top, faded with square edges). I got a hair cut during the first week of June.

Method:

I did the home brewed recipe found at the top of this page that requires vinegar, Clear & Cleanse, Tide w/ bleach, and tap water to rinse. In addition, I also used the shampoo Ultra Cleanse after I performed the home brewed method.

1. Prepare the bath tub and shower head. Place down towels on the floor to avoid making a mess and placed extra towels (within reach from the toilet) on the counter. Note that removing your shirt before you start will make following the protocol simpler. In addition, a second person is helpful when performing this procedure.

2. Drench hair with Heinz white vinegar. Make sure to rub along the entire perimeter of the head. Let it sit for 10 minutes. During this ten minutes, periodically rub head. Be sure to keep eyes shut during process.

3. Add Cleanse & Clear liberally to hair consistently massaging it in to head for 5 minutes. Wipe face as needed. Wash out after 5 minutes.

4. Add Tide w/ bleach to hand (powder or liquid) and massage in to hair. Wash out after 30 seconds.

5. Wash hair with a shampoo that contains tetra-Na+ EDTA for as long as desired. Rinse and dry with a CLEAN towel. Do not use the towel(s) that were used throughout the procedure.

6. Repeat steps 1-5 a second time.

7. Use Ultra Clean shampoo. Instructions are available in the package.

Disclaimer: This is the protocol I used. Note my body metabolism, diet, time used, etc. may have profound effects on the test results.

I appreciate all of your support. I hope that other people follow my example not in a conceded way but rather in a practical way. People need to be as specific as possible as to why they passed or didn't pass. We come here looking for answers to help us and specificity is key to that virtue. If we get enough people to state specifics, then we can start to hone to a solid procedure that will work for everyone. Stating simply that "I passed" or "didn't pass" or "smoked the day before and still passed" etc. does not provide us with sufficient inquiry to help others.
This is not to say, however, that I do not have faith in others. I do have faith and believe that everyone will begin to realize the significance to reason, cause, and most importantly specifics when describing how they passed or didn't pass their specific drug test.

How often was this method used? Just once on the day of testing, or over a period of days before the test?

Right. But how long before the test? On the same day? A day before? A week before? How far apart were the first and second runs? Did you repeat the wash immediately, or did you wait a day?

I performed the proceedure twice in a row (right after one treatment I did it a second time) the day of the test ~2 hrs before the test.

How essential to the process is using the Ultra Clean? Do you think one could pass by not obtaining that? The reason I ask is because the nearest retailer is two hours away from me.
