Ok, well like I posted in the urine test board.. i took two hits off a bong may 15th, and then a week after that i took a few hits off of a joint.. neither times did i get high. haven't touched it since.

my question is.. i know hair testing can trace further back.. but since i'm a "light" smoker.. will it show up in the hair?

i'm taking a test tommorrow for PRE EMPLOYMENT and don't know what kind it's going to be. do i even have to worry about them doing hair since it's pre employment? if it's hair.. i feel i might be screwed.

Even if you smoke lightly it will show up in your hair, especially since the last time you puffed was within a month or so. As far as whether the company does a hair, urine, blood or saliva test all depends on the company. The companies I've worked for in the past all did urine testing. Hth. Good luck!

That isn't the experience I've had lately. I have smoked lightly (by this I mean only smoking 1-2 times a week) and have passed every hair test I've had. I smoke until I'm high and then put it down. Then don't touch it for 4-5 days and then I smoke again 1-2 days. But again, I'm only getting high that one time on the 1-2 days and thats it. Not getting to smoke alot. Just use it in moderation and you will be fine on the hair test. You have to have alot of contamination for those metabolites to make it to your hair

What kind of test is it UA or HF? Didn't you sign a paper that allowed them to take a test?
