can anything throw off a saliva test?

I have a saliva test tomorrow morning and i have been clean a couple weeks, which from what I've heard is more than enough. I'm just wondering if there's anything that could throw it off for the worse. I heard that tylenol and sudafed and stuff can make you test positive on urine tests... but is there anything like that for saliva tests? Sorry if this is a dumb question I'm just trippin on this test because my parents get the results and i don't want them freaking out when it's just cuz i took some cough syrup or something.

Get some Mints and take them right before the test, but you will pass.
