Hair Test in One Week

I'm 24 years old, 150lbs, caucasian, with light brown hair which had once been bleached and then dyed back to normal brown (for aesthetic purposes only). I started smoking pot back in April and during May I was smoking nearly a bowl pack a day. For the last few weeks my smoking has waned, and I haven't smoked in about a week. I am slated to take a hair test this coming Friday, and I'm considering using the method described here - http://cheaptalk.marijuana.com/420/s...267#post360267

As detailed as this method is, I'm afraid that I need a few more specifics. I would like to have an exact list of the things I should purchase, how soon I should start using them, and how often.

CGE, we arn't avoiding your question, but there is limited success with passing hair test. Unfortunantly, hair test are not as easy to pass as urine test. I'm sure some one will post to you with their suggestions.
