I have an interview with Lowes on Thr at 3:30. I last smoked at 11:30 on Tue. First off, do you think I will be tested during the initial interview? I believe they will conduct a saliva test during a second interview, however, if they don't, is it possible for me to pass a test during the interview on Thr? What should I do to prepare for this test? I am a regular smoker. I can still put off the first interview if necessary but I would like to get the ball rolling on the hiring process. Any help, info or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Saliva test are easy to pass. The morning of the test brush and gargle good. Take Altoid mints up to the time you interview. If they ask you about the mints, say you didn't have any. Good Luck and keep us posted.

Please don't ask the same question in 2 different posts, it is summer and some of us don't sit in front of the computer all day and night.

Thanks Mr. Meats. And I do apologize profusely for tarnishing the fabric of this great web site by placing two seperate posts. I realize that IT IS SUMMER and most smokers don't have the patience or attention span to read seperate posts. Please forgive me for wasting all of this wonderful communities time and talent because of my ill-advised and unjustifiable actions. I hope that I have not wasted too much of your precious time with this response.

YOU DIDN'T, BUT RIGHT NOW I'M PLANNING NEXT WEEKS CAMPING TRIP.

GrillMeats.com has a campout every year. I try to make sure the 12 people or so have a great time. We rent KOA Kottages and party for 3 days.

Were you called back for a 3rd interview? My daughter got a job there, and said that her saliva test was done on the 3rd interview.... just prior to them offering her a job.
