drivers permit testing #2
someone earlier posted a similiar topic, but anyway. in a month or 2 i am getting my permit. I am taking drivers education right now, and i read in there, that you must sign a paper stating they can test you for urin, blood, or salvia at anytime they want to. i bought some capsule clean. i hope it works though. does any1 know though, i know i have to sign the paper, but like when i go in, would they test me, or what? any tips or effective ways to beat this. ive beat urin tests, but i got screwed on a blood test 1 time. i heard just drink tons of water/piss a lot and youll do fine. i also heard of cranberry juice and pickel juice? i duno

No they can't, they need a reason to search you and since your under 18 (probaly) what you sign is non-binding.

so what you mean by non-binding is that, i have to sign it just saying thats its ok for them to test me, but they wont without reason. so i have nothing to worry about or do i?

If your under 18 your parents have to consent to that type of search. It doesn't mater if you sign it or not. Also, I have never heard of a drug test for a drivers permit.

yes i am under 18. in drivers ed, it says you have to sign a paper otherwise you cant get your permit. im sure your parents sign **** too. anyways it says that they can test you for urin, blood, saliva at any time. im just worried, like i dont want to go in there and have those ****ers say "go pee in this cup for me" and i wasnt prepaired, get what im sayin?

they probably mean when you are driving and a cop pulls you over, not when you are taking your test. All you do is go in there, take the test, if you pass get your picture taken and get the card and leave, that is it!!
