the guy at the gnc store told me to take charcoal pills, they help clean your blood, and remove any unwanteds the guy as the store said it takes 7 to 10 days to really start to work....which i assume will help with the test. has anyone heard about this?

What test is it that we are talking about? Saliva or Blood.

He (or she) was talking about cleansing their blood so I assumed it's a blood test.

Your blood doesn't get cleansed. When you stop for 3 days your blood test should be fine.

^All I'm trying to say is that you don't need anything to "cleanse" your blood. He/she will pass on their own after 7 days.
