Ok, for the past year or maybe less, on average I have smoked once or twice a week. And at that it was only a onie or two at a time. I haven't smoked for a little over a week and have a hair and urine test for a job a week from today. I bought some Ultra Klean shampoo from a smoke shop, but haven't used it yet. My hair is down to the middle of my back and its dark brown (don't really know if it matters). What do I have to do to pass this test? I would be grateful for any help.

Good luck, I hope you only have to take a urine test. The Hair test is the hardest. Get a haircut and hope for the best.
