I really thought I was screwed because from other posts and some research provided it is harder for African Americans to beat this test. I stayed up for hours reading all the posts trying to figure out some way to get around this. I decided to use tMacCuj0 method, along with Nexxus Clarifying Treatmane and Ultra Clean. I used the Clarifying Treatment for five days prior to the test and from the advice I got from a hair dresser I used a blow dryer once I had it in. She said the heat will allow the shaft of the hair to open up. The night before and the day of the test I used the MacCuj0 method. When I put the vinegar and Clean and Clear in my hair, again I covered my head with a shower cap and applied heat. Since I only had three packs of the Ultra Clean I used it the day of the test and two days prior. When I had the purifying portion of the Ultra Clean in my hair, I covered my head with a shower cap and applied heat. I don't know what portion of this worked, but I decided to use all of them at least if I would have failed it would not have been for lack of trying.
