| i have just recently been prescribed lamisil for a nail fungus. they require a blood test be done at the start of the medication and 60 days into the medication to see if there are any problems/to make sure the lamisil isn't damaging your body. my question is: will they test for marijuana or be able to detect it if i smoke in between the tests? is it something they test for in a regular blood test?...or is this something that i won't have to worry about? |

| No, they will not be testing for drugs. They do a blood test because lamisil can cause problems with your liver. They have to keep a close eye on that. I had the same problem before. I have had plenty of blood tests through my doctor for various health reasons and they never mentioned that they found drugs in my blood. So, you don't have to worry about that. Later, 29 ![]() |
