Blood test question

My brother got killed on his Harley by some rich mid-eastern betch. His blood tested .009 mg/L tetreahydrocannebanoids. Her attorney had the accident report changed to show under the influence WHAT BS !!! How significant is .009? I understand you show up on bllod for a while, how many days? He was in class and work all day, probably smoked the night before (24 hrs. before). Any help is appeciated

Also, if anyone knows the legalities of testing pos after an accident. Can they get you for under the influence?

Sorry to hear about your brother and his tragic accident. The only help that I can give you is to get a lawyer. In my opinion any info you can get here would really be pointless. A lawyer could help sort out any wrong doing on the accident report. Good luck to you and again sorry about your brother.
