|  testing me w/ medical card If i have my medical card and i get randomly drug tested and failed, and present my valid marijuana card, and i am still fired, what can i do?  (my company doesn't test unless someone cuts off their arm at my job, so it is very unlikely, also i am very responsible with my smoking being only in the evening) |

| To date, the courts have said that while the card protects you from being prosecuted under state law it doesn't provide you with any protection from your employer's rules.
