testing me w/ medical card

If i have my medical card and i get randomly drug tested and failed, and present my valid marijuana card, and i am still fired, what can i do?

(my company doesn't test unless someone cuts off their arm at my job, so it is very unlikely, also i am very responsible with my smoking being only in the evening)

To date, the courts have said that while the card protects you from being prosecuted under state law it doesn't provide you with any protection from your employer's rules.
